Online registration closes 29 August 2008.
After this date we will be making our final orders and will not be able to guarantee conference compendium or primary seating. Please note that online orders will be accepted, but you will have to register again on the day.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the Summit, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Summit Secretariat - EECW Pty Ltd. Cancellations and 'No Shows' that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those cancellations received before 26 July 2008.
- A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received from 26 July 2008 until 15 August 2008.
- No refund will be made after 15 August 2008.
- All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Summit.
